How We Help You Heal
CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented therapy that focuses on the link between our thoughts and our actions. Research has shown that CBT can be an effective method to heal from mental health issues & concerns.
DBT's primary aim is to help you create or improve the skills to regulate your emotions, handle stress in a healthy manner, improve relationships, and live mindfully.
Couples Therapy focuses on the interpersonal behaviours between a couple. Couples therapy can improve communication, sexual relationships, and overall make your relationships more fulfilling and less stressful.
Humanistic & EXPERIENTIAL THERAPY
Humanistic/Experiential Therapy focuses on a person’s individual nature. The therapy’s holistic approach considers you as a whole person, especially your behaviours and ability to grow and heal.
