Deep down, we are all looking for connections and understanding. As we move through life, though, we invariably encounter situations and events that make us feel isolated and alone.

In my therapy practice, I help adults, teens, and couples figure out what stops them from creating healthy, loving, and happy relationships with others and most importantly, with themselves. 

How We Help You Heal

CBT Therapy

is a short-term, goal-oriented therapy that focuses on the link between our thoughts and our actions. Research has even shown that Cognitive Behavior Therapy is as equal to depression pills. 

DBT Therapy

(DBT)'s primary aim is to give people the skills to regulate their emotions, handle stress in a healthy manner, improve relationships, and live mindfully. 

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy focuses on the interpersonal behaviours between a couple. Couples therapy ultimately leads to better communication, less stress, & BETTER SEX!  


Humanistic/Experiential Therapy focuses on a person’s individual nature. The therapy’s holistic approach emphasizes the whole person, especially their behaviours and their ability to grow,  and heal.
